The Major Arena Soccer League announced on Wednesday that Baltimore Blast forward Tony Donatelli has been named to the MASL Team of the Week for the first time this season.
The Blast won a divisional game against the Rochester Lancers on Saturday night. Donatelli had two goals to keep help the Blast clinch the Eastern Division title and move to 13-0. Donatelli now has 13 goals and 21 points on the season which is tied for the Blast lead.
Onua Obasi also contributed to the win over Rochester with 2 three-point goals landing him on this week’s honorable mentions. Obasi now has 6 goals and 12 points so far this season.
