MISL Extends Partnership with Kendis Industries

MISL Extends Exclusive Partnership with Kendis Industries
League and Supplier Agree on Multi-Year Partnership

The Major Indoor Soccer League announced that the league has extended its partnership with Kendis Industries, Inc. to keep Kendis the official ball supplier of the preeminent professional indoor soccer league in North America.  The MISL and Kendis will debut the new official game ball on November 12 when the 2010-11 season kicks off.

"Kendis has proven to be a valuable and generous partner to the MISL,” said David Grimaldi, Commissioner of the MISL.  “For this season, they have gone above and beyond in helping us develop an indoor-specific MISL official game ball with playing characteristics that are unique to our indoor game.  Kendis was a key supplier to the FIFA World Cup held in South Africa this summer and we are pleased to extend our partnership with Kendis Industries."

As part of Kendis’ two-year partnership with the MISL, Kendis will remain the exclusive game ball provider for the MISL and will produce a new game ball for the 2010-11 MISL regular season and the 2011 MISL Championship.  Kendis will be the exclusive provider of MISL game balls, balls for each teams’ summer soccer camp program, promotional mini balls, squeeze balls and replica balls.  Kendis will also continue to assume the exclusive title sponsorship of the MISL Scoring Champion Award and will receive brand exposure in print publications and on the dasher boards at all the arenas.  The new indoor-specific Kendis game ball for the 2010-11 MISL season will be red with three white stripes and will prominently display the MISL logo.

“We are very proud to continue to be a sponsor of the MISL,” said Hossein Kendy, Vice President of Marketing for Kendis.  “Kendis provided the official ball for the league last season and for the NPSL many years ago and we are very happy to remain in the professional indoor soccer game.”
