Settling In:

The Baltimore Blast has only three games under their belt this season and look to continue to build. Newcomer Freddy Moojen has contributed 3 points in 3 games. Along with Moojen, the Blast offense has been led by Marco Mangione who leads the team with 7 points and 3 goals while last year’s MISL defender of the year Mike Lookingland is tied for second in the league with 7 blocks.

The Competition:

The Blast and Lancers meet again after playing each other in both their season openers. The Lancers are coming off an 11-2 win against the Pennsylvania Roar. The Lancers were led by Gary Boughton who scored a pair of goals and Juninho who added a goal and an assist. This win was Rochester’s first of the season and first in the career of Head Coach, Josh Rife. Also returning is 2012-13 League MVP, Doug Miller and teammate Mauricio Salles.
