The National Indoor Soccer League (NISL) announced  the six members of its 2008-09 NISL All-Rookie Team, following a formal voting process that polled members of the media, as well as NISL coaches and general managers.  Included in the All-Rookie team are two members of the first-place Baltimore Blast, two Monterrey La RaZa players, one player from the Rockford Rampage and one player from the Philadelphia KiXX.  Voters were asked to select three forwards/midfielders, two defenders and one goalkeeper for this team.
