Despite giving up the first goal of the game and trailing for 19 minutes, the Blast scored three goals in the second quarter to take a 7-2 lead into halftime.  The SharX got a quick goal from Matthew Delicate less than 30 seconds into the match to take an early 2-0 lead but Millwood answered in the second quarter with back-to-back goals to put the Blast on top, 5-2.  David added a late first-half goal to extend the lead to 7-2.

The Blast and SharX combined to score five goals in the first six minutes of the third quarter with the Blast extending their lead to 13-6.  Healey scored the first goal of the quarter before Delicate scored his second goal.  Millwood scored next for the hat trick and then Garcia added a goal to make it 13-4.  Yomba William scored the last goal of the quarter to cut into the Blast lead.
