Mike Conway has been a part of Baltimore's indoor soccer franshise since the 1992-93 season when he played for the then-Baltimore Spirit. After one season of professional play, he left the field and began a career in the team's sales office. Originally from South Baltimore, Conway and his wife Becky now live in Perry Hall with their sons Caiden and Gavin. Mike attended and played soccer at Essex Community College.
